Senior living has been Stuart Coleman’s career ever since law school and business school—but he doesn’t consider it work. “Every day presents an opportunity to interact and form meaningful relationships with seniors and their families who have incredible backgrounds, experiences, and stories to share,” he says. Stuart chooses staff who feel the same way and manages with that philosophy in mind.

While he brings the experience of his Juris Doctorate degree and Masters in Business Administration to The Laurel, he isn’t interested in “big box,” corporate models of care. Having worked in every facet of the industry, he’s committed to offering care that’s locally owned and operated. Stuart and his wife, Meghan, are lifelong residents of New Orleans.
